Welcome to the Ambient Design Member Area. This section of the website is for registered users only and use is governed by a simple set of terms and conditions. If you use this service you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please also read the Privacy Policy for information on how data you provide to Ambient Design may be used.
The ArtRage Member Area is provided free of charge as a courtesy service to allow future downloads of your purchased product. Ambient Design is committed to maintaining the security and functionality of this system and any data entered in to it but cannot guarantee that any of the content or systems presented in this area will be operational at all times, or that data is entirely secure in the case of intrusion.
The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:
- The content of the Member Area is subject to change without notice, Ambient Design may modify or terminate services without notice.
- Ambient Design may without notice terminate the user account of any user it deems to be in breach of these terms and conditions or for any other reason.
- These terms and conditions do not govern the use of products registered in the Member Area, all of which are covered by their own License Agreements.
- No guarantee is provided as to the accuracy or suitability of information found in the Member Area.
- No guarantee is provided that the services that operate from the Member Area will work correctly with any hardware or software configuration, or that any individual user will be able to access these services.
- Your use of any services, information or materials in the Member Area is entirely at your own risk, for which Ambient Design shall not be liable.
- The Member Area contains material which is owned by Ambient Design Ltd. This material includes but is not limited to the design, look, graphics, and downloadable materials. Reproduction is prohibited.
- From time to time the Member Area may contain links to other websites. Inclusion of such links does not signify that Ambient Design endorses them or that we have any responsibility for their contents.
- You may not create a link to the Member Area or any of its content pages from another website or document without Ambient Design’s prior, written approval.
